Matt’s passion for fitness isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about helping each person become their strongest self, inside and out.
When you train with us, you’re not just joining a gym—you’re learning from one of the best in the field.
Empowering Women to Lift with Confidence
I founded this gym with a simple mission: to help women break out of their comfort zones and feel confident in every corner of the gym. As a personal trainer, I noticed that many women would stick to the cardio equipment they knew—like treadmills and stair machines—while avoiding the weights section. But whenever they joined me for a strength session, I saw how much they enjoyed lifting and discovering what their bodies could achieve.
That’s when I knew I wanted to create a space that encouraged women to lift confidently. Our classes focus on teaching proper form, understanding which exercises target specific muscle groups, and learning how to train safely and effectively. I want every member to feel empowered, whether they're lifting here at the gym or training at home. When you know what you’re doing, fitness becomes so much more rewarding.
Over the years, I’ve also noticed a shift: more women are eager to lift weights and build strength, a welcome change from the past when weightlifting was often dismissed due to myths about “getting bulky.” Today, women recognise that strength training not only enhances their fitness but also shapes their physiques in ways that align with their goals.
Here, our goal is to support that journey—to give you the skills, confidence, and community you need to reach new levels in your fitness.
