Strongman Event Training
Join us every Saturday from 10am for dedicated Strongman event training. Each session focuses on the core elements of the sport, including an overhead lift, a carry, and a loading event, all with an emphasis on technique and max effort. It’s the perfect opportunity to build strength, improve skills, and prepare for the demands of competition in a focused, supportive environment.
At M2C, Strongman training attracts athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned veterans. This creates a motivated, encouraging community where every session challenges you to push your limits. The gym is high-energy, with powerful music and support from your fellow athletes to drive you through each lift, carry, and movement.
Under the expert guidance of Strongman coaches Matt Cole and Paul Wood, you’ll develop the strength, technique, and endurance needed to achieve your goals. Whether you’re preparing for your next competition, enhancing your training program, or simply seeking a new challenge, M2C is the ultimate destination for serious Strongman training.
