Welcome to M2C, the only space locally designed and built specifically to deliver female-only classes. We proudly hold the reputation of offering one of the toughest fitness experiences around, attracting the hardest workers in town. Don’t let this intimidate you; all we ask is that you show up and give it your all.

At M2C, we believe in the mantra: “It doesn’t matter what your 100% looks like—just give it!” Our small class sizes create an intimate environment where women from all generations come together, united by the same goals: to support one another, work hard, and improve with each session. With over 24 classes to choose from, available seven days a week, there's something for everyone!

We know that stepping into your first class can feel daunting, much like the first day of school. Rest assured, everyone at M2C has been in your shoes and remembers their own day one, so there’s absolutely no judgment here. If you need to take a breather or step outside for some fresh air, that’s perfectly okay—whether you’re new or a seasoned member.
